The West Tower is a new fifteen story office building with technological and medical based tenants constructed in approximately 2015. Since its construction, Sparc has assisted multiple tenants in the building obtain their FDNY fire alarm system Letters of Approval, which also allowed for the issuance of their Temporary Certificate of Occupancy or permanent Certificate of Occupancy. Sparc’s services included providing guidance to the fire alarm team regarding the applicable codes, scheduling FDNY inspections, witnessing fire alarm testing and preparation of affidavits.
