The Quin is an existing eighteen story hotel with two levels below grade. The hotel recently came under new ownership. The top two floors are being modified / added and a guestroom renovation is occurring in the remainder of the building. Services performed included preparing sprinkler and fire alarm system design documents for bidding to contractors and filing with the NYC Authorities, performing construction period progress observations, witnessing fire alarm system pre-testing and attending fire alarm tests with the FDNY.
