Expediting and Authority Liaison

Based upon our extensive experience in New York City and providing these services for other clients, we have developed relationships with key personnel at the New York City Department of Buildings and New York City Fire Department.  Discussing complex building and fire code requirements during the design stages, to inspection scheduling and fire alarm system deficiencies, the ability to address a fire alarm challenge directly with decision-makers at the NYCDOB and FDNY is invaluable.  Communicating with the leaders or supervisors in the NYCDOB or FDNY Inspection Unit and Bureau of Fire Prevention can mean the difference between being on schedule and missing a project deadline.  Sparc has the relationships which allow this communication to occur.
