The Jacob Javits Center is an existing large, multi-story assembly occupancy which contains expansive exhibition halls capable of multiple configurations using airwalls.  The building underwent a significant expansion, including construction of a new infrastructure building and an addition that increased the floor area and functionality of the building. Sparc prepared correspondence to the FDNY to discuss complex phasing and code challenges as well as witnessed pre-testing and requested and attended FDNY inspections. Sparc also provided Remote Video Inspection (RVI) services for the final FDNY fire alarm inspection.
