2 New York Marriott Downtown is an existing thirty-seven story hotel with one level below grade. The hotel was undergoing guestroom renovations and the floors would be renovated on a phased schedule beginning at the top of the building and proceeding down. Sparc coordinated with FDNY to allow the phasing plan to be implemented. We also prepared the fire alarm design for the replacement of the fire alarm system.
