0 The Capitol at Chelsea is an existing thirty-six story apartment building located in Manhattan that was undergoing renovations on the podium levels of the building. Sparc assisted the owner by preparing a Fire Safety Plan for approval by the FDNY. Services also included preparing fire alarm design documents for a new commercial space fire alarm system on the cellar through 4th floors of the building. These plans were filed by Sparc with the NYC Department of Buildings and New York City Fire Department.
